Waffle Party!

On Sunday the 20th, Marcelo and I threw a waffle party at work. It was Marcelo's idea and I just helped him plan it. He wanted have it at the theatre right before work, so I brought in my waffle iron and utensils for this waffle party. I made the batter from scratch with help from my mom. I got the recipe from a cook book I got for Christmas which has the best recipes and the trails they went through to find the best recipe. The waffle were very good. I brought in maple syrup and boysenberry syrup for the waffles and Celo brought milk. The only thing we used from work was a pot of coffee, which was then used after we opened (it was just some pre-opening ;) )
It was a fun party but for the longest time, it was just me. Celo came at 10 and Pat came in later. Everyone else who was suppose to come in early came at their normal scheduled time. They still got to enjoy waffles anyway.
