This is Steve's (my friend) account of the Korn concert we went to:
"It was so badass! this is what happen:
Damn how should I start... Last Nigh Was So Insane...!
I guess i'll start from the beginning. Well me and a friend got there at 3. There was a couple people in line So I called a friend and seen if he went to the show and he was actually one of the first people in line. So I asked him if we could come up there and he said sure! So we went up front and talked for a bit...
After awhile I went to Pizza My Heart and ate somethin there. After that we went to go find out where the busses were and we found them so after the show we would know where to go. Then I went to get some batteries because my camera was out so I had to stop at two diffrent places (On the way this person gave me a Korn sticker which later on while waiting for Korn to come out I gave the sticker to a girl). Finally got some then we went back inline and it was time for them to open the doors. Well we rushed in and talked to this dude and rushed to the floor. Got front row and its was pretty badass! We sat there for a bit and this guy came out and started to play some Guitar (Don't know what song it was or who he was but it was pretty cool)...
10 Years: They came on and played some pretty awesome songs... (I thought the guy looked like the dude from Shadows Fall)
Mudvayne: They set up was so sweet! They had a awesome intro and the songs they played were so awesome I liked how there last song was Dig! I was so sweet! There such a kickass band!
Korn: While Me and my friend were in the front row we got shoved around because of the moshpit and everyone try to get up front... I helped out 3 girls because they were getting smashed up and I was just tryin to help out... When Jon came out right before Blind was performed he got the crowd to go fucking crazy. While the song was beeing played I pushed myself into the Moshpit and there was this guy about 6 foot 5 that was trying to jump up to crowd surf and Me being on 5 foot 8/9 125 pounds lifted him up and over me... I think it was the adrenaline! The whole show kicked so much ass! There intro was soo amazing I also loved how they put some songs together! This show was by far the best I've seen yet! Holly Shit it was So Fucking Amazing! I can't even say how good it was in word's. It was by far the best show I've seen them put on yet! They really went all out for this one this time! I wish I could make it to there next show tomorrow in Sacromento but I can't because I have EMT class... But hopefull I can again this same tour!
(The show ended 11ish) After the show Me and my friend went up to get a T-Shirt and said bye to a friend and then we ran out to the busses to see if Korn was doing signatures. Well we met 3 other people there and while waiting for a bit a security guard walked up to us and handed out a couple Door sign's Which were Korn's Dressing Room sign's and I got 2 of them and the third one I got had just an Arrow on it. After talking with the three people I had over heard that there was some other busses around the corner so I went over there and there where 3 people there to well I sat down and talk to them and they told me that Mudvayne allready came out and did signing. I told them I might be back and seen that there was a thing full of water bottles so I grabbed 4 and brought them over to My friend and the other 3 people.
We sat and talked for a bit and the 3 people that were waiting for Mudvayne came over right behind me and joined up with us. So all the people that were there was: The 2 girls waiting for the Mudvayne bus, The guy with long ass hair all black (also waiting over there), 3 girls that came over when I left (which one of the girl I gave my Korn sticker to), Me and My 2 friends ad 2 drunk people. There were 9 people out waiting for Korn at about 12ish Standing in the Rainy and Windy wheater. We all sat and talked about the show and how Badass it was (While we were all talking the 2 drunk dudes went to go get some more beer) and the one guy that was wearing all black left and So did the 2 other girls that were waiting for Mudvayne.
The 2 drunk dudes came back and Fieldy came out and signed all our stuff, took some pics and when I mean he signed all our stuff I took out my booklets from Self Titled to See You On The Other Side He had signed them all. He also brought us out food which we called "Fieldy Taco's" and they were so Damn Good! (While he was signing some stuff I went over to where and the guy was videotaping and asked him if it was for BSC and he said yes), E (I had to show the guy that was videotaping something that no other Korn Fan has and i Y show Fieldy and he said "Holly Shit... Dude That Cool!" and the guy videotaped it and the guy next to him gave me a Fieldy Bass Pic and Munky Guitar Pic)! E. Well after that I went over and got a picture with Fieldy and he had to leave. After that we were waiting and the 2 girl came back and had missed out on Fieldy so the 2 drunk dudes after awhile left.
So it was just the 3 girls, Me and 2 friends and the 2 girls. So about an hour or so passed Jon came out and made an Appearence! and went back inside because it was pretty damn cold out! (I was wearing a short sleeve shirt though). The 2 girls had left so after that we talked and stuff and alitttle over an hour pass I guess and Loc came out and said come on and you can come meet David well He took us over to David bus and David came out and signed our stuff and was really cool about everything! I had asked Loc if Jon was gonna come out he said He might have been asleep or something.
So when we were all done signing and everything we siad Goodbye and Loc said go wait around the corner and I'll see if I can get someone else. About 10mins pasted and Loc came around the corner with David and said something and that they were gonna go drink well we said Bye to David again and waited for Jon. It was about 2:40ish and My friend had to go to the bathroom. I went up to the Security Guard and asked him if she could use the bathroom inside and he said no cause they were cleaning. So that when I got the other Door sign from Korn and we waited a bit longer.
We walked over to the busses and I seen Sleep and he closed the curtines on the bus and I guess that was it for them coming out. Well my friend we to go to the bathroom and we got out of there around 3! So all in all we spent 12 hours there and this was By far the best Korn Show yet. I can't wait to go to the next one!!!
