I think this picture shows everyones excitement!

what is a Chost, and how do I ride it?

On Friday, Feburary 2, a car ran into the Cinearts building at Santana Row. Well his car didnt actually hit the building but he was drunk and hit a lot of other things. He was in the parking lot between the theatre and Pasta Pomodoro. He ran over a curb and through a hedge and then made a 45 degree turn, ran up on the sidewalk, hit a stop sign and flug it off to the side; hit a garbage can that landed on his hood; made some people dodge out of his path for dear life, and then made his way towards the theatre. He must have breaked right before the theatre because the fame damage is very minor but when he stopped, the garbage can on his hood was thrown into one of the doors. The whole glass pane crumbled into pieces into the lobby. The car then idled for a while on the patio, the passenger ran out of the car and then got back inside. After a few minutes, the drunk driver backed up, and continued to drive out on to Olsen, which was his original attempt. Security was able to stop the guy, get the keys out of the ignition, and held him until the police came. It was an exciting night, my staff were all witnesses to the accident so they were telling security and the cops what happend. I became the crime scene photographer because security didn't have their camera. These pictures are my crime scene photos but only ones to show what damaged happened to the theater.

I should really learn the saying "less is more" becuase I probably put too many on here, but I have 146 images in all and i only did about 40 so I did narrow it down some! ;) Yosemite was a blast, we had so much fun; relaxing in the mountains; playing in the snow. We went to Yosemite because Omar had never seen the snow before and since he loves Yosemite so much, it was just a perfect idea! I drove up friday and arrived in Yosemite around 3pm. When we entered the park, we pulled off to the side of the road and played in the snow, trying to make snowballs, and dancing on the frozen river. After that we stopped at El Capitan and climbed on the frozen waterfall, bridalviel falls. That night we had dinner at the pizza place near our Stoneman cabin at Curry Village and played phase 10.

I created a book using these pictures for my final project in advance black and white class. These are the photos I took on the alcatraz workshop I went on back in October. It was such a fun trip! When we got there, we met up in the room called the electrical shop. We had lunch there and then we were allowed to go photograph. First we went to the prison building. They let us go behind locked doors, in to this room that leads to the roof. It was so cool standing on top of the building. There is a thin wire around the top that has electrical current flowing through to keep pigeons off but it was turned off at the time I was there because the Blue Angels flew by. Then I walked into the rifle cage, which is where the guards would walk along the prison behind with guns a fence and look at the prisoners.
